Tom & Dani
Tom & Dani are the two avatars you can choose to be at the beginning of the game. As a male or female, you may be able to "chum" or "flirt" to make the sale. Certain leads may be exclusive to Tom or Dani. If you choose Tom, then Dani will become your arch rival and biggest competitor for sales. Likewise, Dani's arch rival will be the NPC Tom. The story should play out so that your arch rival tends to best you in sales. However, toward the end of the game, you should be able to surpass her and climb the corporate ranks.
Tom
Tom is a likeable guy, but he is cocky. An aggressive closer, Tom typically wins buyers over through charisma and charm. His biggest weakness is follow through and organization. Tom may tend to forget buyers once the sale has closed.
Dani
Dani is a sharp, intelligent woman who can organize anything. Focused, diligent, and hard-working, she can manage a frantic schedule despite a hectic personal life. Her weakness is that her family comes first, and she tends to go above and beyond for buyers, sometimes to her own detriment.
Fox
An intense, middle-aged salesman who has several years of experience. Extremely competitive and distrusting of other salespeople, Fox can be difficult to become friends with. He attacks prospecting opportunities with a ferociousness that is sometimes offputting.
Gina
Caught up in office drama, Gina can be an excellent source of information. Her obvious weakness is that she is easily distracted. Her strengths lie in her ability to connect to people, usually by spread of gossip.
Jon
Loyal, service-oriented Jon will bend over backwards for any customer. Likewise, if you get on his good side, he'll do the same for you. Likeable, reflective personality.
Samantha
Samantha is a shark. Though her sales skills are strong, they are shallow. She is only interested in one thing: money. She will do anything to make a sale so that she can buy her next designer purse.
Eric
Detail oriented Eric has the strongest product knowledge of any salesperson. Though his charisma is low, his trustworthiness and reliability more than makes up for it.
Jean
An elderly lady, Jean has been in the community for decades. Everybody knows Jean! Even though she just does sales part-time to make a little extra cash...she is a force to be reckoned with. Getting on Jean's goodside means getting leads that she doesn't have the energy for. She's painstakingly developed long-term relationships, however, and if you mess up one sale...she'll cut you off.
Top Dogs:
Ben
The trainer, Ben, is an executive in the company that travels into town every so often to give motivational classes. Modelled after Affleck's character in the Boiler Room, Ben is a balls-to-the-wall, no bullshit kinda guy.
Sarah
CEO of "Major Corporation"...Sarah is a softer version of Ben. She's motivated to increase the bottom line, please the Directors, and plan the company's future.
Ken
Chief Sales Executive Ken was promoted to his position after achieving record-breaking sales for 10 years in a row. Although promoted to serve as a representative of the sales staff...Ken basks in the glory and power of his recently acquired post...much to the dismay of lesser sales staff. He also uses his influence to manipulate lead flow and ensure he receives the best leads. Beating Ken in Sales one quarter will start a rivalry. Beat him two quarters and you'll win his post.
