Customers

Customers will fall into one of four personality types: Driver, Social, Amiable, Analytical. 

  • Driver - Quick, to the point, decisive
  • Social - Enjoys company, chit chats, will buy if rapport is built
  • Amiable - Friendly, peacemakers, often "think about it"...more careful than Socials
  • Analytical - the most careful of all...will only make logical decisions...hard to sell

 

Customers will be found in one of five physical locations: Suburbia, Urbania, Industria, Downtown, and a Tourist Destination.

 

Many customers will need to be "called" using video phone.

  • Pirate captain(crazy guy)
  • Commando
  • Mayor

 

Social

  • Soccer Mom
  • The Dramatic Actress
  • Customer service representative
  • Journalist
  • Retiree

 

Amiable

  • Semi-Professional Caddy
  • Firefighter
  • Teacher
  • Male nurse
  • Librarian

 

Analytical

  • IRS Agent
  • Bean Counter (for the local bean factory)
  • Retail manager
  • Stock market player
  • Crime Scene Investigator
  • Inventor

 

Urbania

Driver

  • Head Chef
    Pizza delivery guy
    Hardware store owner
    Realtor
     
     
     

 

Social

  • Baptist Minister
  • Wireless sales representative
  •  

 

Amiable

  • Urban bum

 

Analytical

  • IRS Agent
  • Bean Counter (for the local bean factory)
  • Retail manager
  • Stock market player
